Treasury Officer – GCC Countries

About the role

The Treasury Officer will support Saint‑Gobain’s entities across the GCC by managing cash flow, liquidity, banking operations and treasury administration. The role ensures compliance with local banking regulations and group treasury policies while optimizing cash and foreign‑exchange positions.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, validate and consolidate cash‑flow data from subsidiaries and highlight financing needs.
• Monitor daily/weekly liquidity, manage cash pooling and identify shortfalls or excess cash.
• Review payment processes, liaise with banks on transaction issues, and manage letters of guarantee and leases.
• Administer online banking user entitlements, Evolve FX portal, and SWIFT/SCORE portals.
• Maintain treasury databases, dashboards, and support TMS deployment for GCC entities.
• Execute FX hedging, mark‑to‑market accounting, and reverse‑factoring compliance.
• Support insurance program administration and coordinate with legal for POAs and bank resolutions.
• Assist in KYC renewals, bank onboarding, and periodic bank inventory reviews.

Required profile

• Proven experience in cash‑flow management, liquidity support and banking operations.
• Familiarity with treasury administration, FX hedging and insurance management.
• Ability to work with multiple subsidiaries and joint ventures across GCC countries.
