Treasury Project Manager

About the role

Deeplight AI is seeking a Treasury Project Manager to lead technology and data transformation initiatives within corporate treasury and banking environments. The role sits at the intersection of treasury operations, data architecture, and enterprise software delivery, ensuring seamless system upgrades and data migrations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain multi‑tier project plans, work breakdown structures, and execution roadmaps using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid frameworks.
• Monitor scope, budget, and resource utilization, producing executive status reports and audit‑ready documentation.
• Govern full‑lifecycle implementations of Treasury Management Systems, liquidity platforms, and regulatory reporting pipelines.
• Oversee data architecture alignment, ETL/ELT pipeline deployment, schema mapping, and migration of legacy treasury data.
• Act as the central liaison between treasury stakeholders, quantitative analysts, data engineering squads, and IT leads to ensure zero data loss and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing treasury transformation or data migration projects in financial services.
• Strong understanding of treasury operations, cash management, liquidity, and trading applications.
• Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and communicate with senior executives.
