Trust Lawyer (Russian/German/French) – Based in UAE

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Trust Lawyer to join our Trust Division in JLT, Dubai. The role involves drafting and reviewing trust documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing advisory support to internal teams and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and amend trust deeds, agreements and related legal documents.
• Provide legal guidance on trust structures, fiduciary arrangements and corporate matters.
• Develop and maintain legal templates, precedents and standard documentation.
• Support the establishment and administration of trust structures in line with UAE regulations.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments affecting trusts and wealth structuring.
• Ensure compliance with UAE AML/CFT regulations, conduct CDD/EDD, sanctions screening and ongoing client monitoring.
• Assist with goAML reporting and compliance reviews, risk assessments and internal policy updates.
• Review trust accounts, support product development and train internal teams on trust law and compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent legal qualification.
• Proven experience in Trust Law, Corporate Law, Private Client Services or Financial Services Law.
• Strong understanding of UAE AML/CFT regulations and related compliance requirements.
• Fluency in Russian (spoken and written) preferred; German or French also valuable.
• Currently based in the UAE and available for immediate joining.
