Trust Lawyer (Russian/German/French Speaker) – UAE

About the role

We are seeking a Trust Lawyer to join our Dubai office. The candidate will provide legal expertise on trust structures, fiduciary services and ensure compliance with UAE AML/CFT regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and amend Trust Deeds, trust agreements and related documentation.
• Develop and maintain legal precedents, templates and documentation for the Trust Division.
• Provide legal advice on trust structures, fiduciary services and trust products.
• Manage AML/CFT compliance, including CDD, EDD, sanctions screening and goAML reporting.
• Conduct internal compliance reviews, risk assessments and regulatory checks.
• Support preparation of trust accounts, compliance documentation and regulatory manuals.
• Provide training and guidance to internal teams on trust law and compliance obligations.
• Assist in the development of new trust products and stay updated on international tax and regulatory developments.

Required profile

• Currently based in the UAE with a valid residency status.
• Immediate availability preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in trust law, corporate law, private client or fiduciary services.
• Strong understanding of UAE AML/CFT and Free Zone compliance requirements.
• Ability to speak and understand Russian (preferred).
