About the role
We are seeking a Tutor – AI Trainer to work remotely with our AI chatbot models. You will interact with the bots in both Arabic and English, assess their logical performance, and create new conversational scenarios to improve their responses.
Key responsibilities
- Design and present diverse, complex problems for AI chatbots.
- Evaluate chatbot outputs for correctness, relevance, and performance.
- Measure progress of AI models through structured testing.
- Write novel, bilingual conversations to teach desired behaviours.
Required profile
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Detail‑oriented with strong writing and grammar expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to assess linguistic quality.
- Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree preferred (not mandatory).
- Based in the United Arab Emirates.
