About the role

Burson UAE is looking for enthusiastic graduate trainees to join its integrated communications team in Dubai. This entry‑level position offers a hands‑on introduction to agency life, exposing you to real client work across a variety of sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior team members with daily account management and client support tasks.
• Conduct research on industry trends, media landscapes and competitor activity.
• Draft initial versions of press releases, social media posts and internal communications.
• Monitor media coverage and social conversations, preparing reports for client updates.
• Support the building and maintenance of media lists, journalist contacts and influencer databases.
• Coordinate project logistics, including scheduling meetings and handling administrative duties.
• Participate actively in team meetings and creative brainstorming sessions.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong interest in communications and marketing.
• Enthusiastic, driven and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
