UAE National Learning Support Assistant

About the role

The Al-Futtaim Education Foundation is seeking a compassionate UAE National Learning Support Assistant to work across Deira International School and Universal American School in Dubai. Reporting to the class teacher, you will provide targeted in‑class support that enables all learners to access the curriculum, build confidence and achieve their full potential.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging, differentiated lessons across subjects and year groups.
• Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning objectives and adapt resources to diverse needs.
• Monitor student wellbeing, promote a safe and inclusive environment, and support students during transitions and school activities.
• Collaborate with teachers to prepare differentiated activities, observe and record student progress, and contribute to support‑plan reviews.

Required profile

• UAE National with a genuine passion for supporting learners of all abilities.
• Ability to work under the direction of a class teacher and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to student wellbeing.
