UAE Tax Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced UAE Tax Consultant to join our tax advisory team in Abu Dhabi. The role involves delivering corporate tax, VAT, and excise tax services to a diverse client base while ensuring compliance with Federal Tax Authority regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide UAE corporate tax, international tax, and transfer pricing advisory services.
• Prepare and file tax returns, disclosures, and compliance documents in line with FTA requirements.
• Advise clients on tax structuring, risk management, and compliance strategies.
• Represent clients during FTA audits, disputes, and negotiations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, support business development and proposal preparation.
• Manage engagements, mentor junior staff, and contribute to the growth of the UAE tax practice.
• Assist other departments with ad‑hoc tax assignments as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of UAE tax experience, preferably in a Big 10 firm.
• CPA or ACCA qualification; UAE Corporate Tax Diploma or Tax Agent registration is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of UAE corporate tax, VAT, excise tax, and FTA procedures.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and hold a valid UAE driver’s license with a car.
