UAV Pilot – Precision Aerial Seeding & Mapping

About the role

Nabati Foods is a climate‑tech startup focused on restoring natural ecosystems at scale. The UAV Pilot will execute precision aerial seeding, mapping and environmental data capture missions using multirotor and powered‑lift platforms in remote UAE locations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute UAV missions, including mission design, sequencing and meteorological assessments.
• Conduct airspace analysis and operational risk assessments to ensure safe flight operations.
• Operate multirotor and powered‑lift UAVs (MTOW up to 50 kg) for mapping, aerial seeding and environmental data capture.
• Oversee in‑field data capture, verify data quality, and manage post‑flight activities such as data transfer, flight logs and reporting.
• Promote a safety‑first culture and ensure compliance with aviation authority regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month of UAV flight experience.
• Hands‑on, execution‑focused mindset with strong attention to safety and compliance.
• Ability to work in remote or challenging environments and collaborate with operations, engineering and data teams.
