University Admission Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a University Admission Consultant to guide students through the United States admissions process. Based in Dubai, the consultant will support prospective students and their parents throughout the entire application journey, helping them build strong university applications.

Key responsibilities

• Assist students in selecting suitable U.S. universities and developing a tailored application strategy.
• Guide the creation of personal statements, essays, and other application materials.
• Plan and advise on extracurricular activities that strengthen applications.
• Provide comprehensive admission preparation, including interview coaching and deadline management.
• Interact directly with students and parents, answering queries and offering personalized guidance.
• Stay up‑to‑date with U.S. university requirements, admission trends, and scholarship opportunities.
• Collaborate with academic trainers and counselors to ensure holistic support for applicants.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and institutions.
• Experience in student recruiting, training, and sales to promote consulting services.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities, a positive and supportive attitude.
• Organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Relevant experience in admissions consulting or an education‑related field is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
