UV and Screen Printer

About the role

We are looking for a skilled UV and Screen Printer to join our production team in Sharjah. This full‑time, on‑site position involves operating both UV and screen printing equipment to deliver high‑quality printed products for a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and operate UV printing machines according to job tickets.
• Prepare screens, mix inks, and manage plate preparation for screen printing.
• Monitor print runs for colour accuracy, registration and overall quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of printing equipment.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to interpret artwork and resolve printing issues.
• Maintain a safe, organized and clean production environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in commercial or industrial printing, preferably in a multi‑service facility.
• Ability to read and follow technical specifications, job tickets and safety guidelines.
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail for repetitive production tasks.
• Effective communication skills and teamwork orientation.
• Basic computer literacy for operating printing interfaces and tracking systems.

Required skills

• Operation of UV printing equipment.
• Screen printing techniques, including screen preparation, ink application and curing.
• Ink mixing and colour matching.
• Understanding of print design principles for artwork interpretation.
• Knowledge of embroidery processes (advantage).
