UX Designer – Complex Digital Products

About the role

We are seeking an experienced UX Designer with strong UI capability to work on complex digital products and services. The role is primarily UX‑focused (about 80% UX, 20% UI) and involves translating requirements into clear, user‑centred solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business requirements, research findings, and user needs into clear UX solutions.
• Define user journeys, flows, navigation structures, and information architecture.
• Create low‑ and high‑fidelity wireframes for web, mobile, and responsive experiences.
• Design complex journeys involving multiple users, roles, steps, scenarios, and decision points.
• Define interaction patterns, behaviours, states, validations, and edge cases.
• Create interactive prototypes to communicate and validate experience concepts.
• Identify usability issues and propose better solutions.
• Collaborate with researchers, service designers, product, business, and technical teams.
• Present UX decisions and rationale to clients and stakeholders.
• Produce polished UI designs when required and contribute to design systems.
• Use AI‑powered design tools to accelerate exploration, wireframing, prototyping, and repetitive tasks.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on UX design experience.
• Portfolio showcasing UX‑heavy work: user flows, IA, wireframes, interaction design.
• Strong experience designing complex digital products, platforms, or services.
• Ability to turn ambiguous or complex requirements into simple, structured experiences.
• Proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, components, variables, prototyping, design systems).
• Understanding of usability, accessibility, responsive design, and human‑centred design principles.
• Good visual design fundamentals (typography, hierarchy, spacing, layout).
• Capability to produce high‑quality UI when needed.
• Experience using AI‑powered design tools to speed up UX/UI workflow.
• Independent, ownership‑driven work style with ability to meet deadlines.
