UX/UI Designer

About the role

Sibie Ltd, a fast‑growing healthcare group operating across the UK, Europe, the USA and the Gulf, is seeking a dedicated UX/UI Designer. You will shape intuitive, engaging digital experiences for our mobile apps, websites and other platforms, ensuring they meet the high‑quality standards expected by our partners.

Key responsibilities

• Design user‑friendly interfaces for mobile applications, websites and digital products.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity mock‑ups that reflect user research insights.
• Develop information architecture and interaction designs that are responsive across devices.
• Collaborate with product, development and global teams to iterate and refine designs.
• Maintain design consistency and uphold brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, Product Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating mobile and web design projects.
• Advanced/Fluent English (written and spoken) for effective communication with international teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD or Sketch.
• Deep understanding of UX principles, user research, wireframing, prototyping, information architecture, interaction design and responsive design.
