Vehicle Acquisition and Pricing Specialist

About the role

Bayut & Dubizzle is seeking a Vehicle Acquisition and Pricing Specialist to join its fast‑paced automotive team in Dubai. You will be responsible for acquiring, pricing, and listing used cars on the UAE’s largest online car marketplace, ensuring attractive margins and a healthy inventory turnover.

Key responsibilities

• Price a wide range of vehicles within Dubizzle Cars guidelines, adjusting for mileage, colour, warranty, engine specifications and condition.
• Negotiate with sellers to achieve efficient sales while maintaining a target profit margin of at least 10%.
• Purchase cars that meet defined criteria and manage the end‑to‑end representation process from meet‑and‑greet to handover.
• Maintain an average stock age of 30 days and meet monthly sales and margin targets for both managed and auction channels.
• Enter accurate vehicle and customer data into the Salesforce CRM system.
• Conduct outbound calls to generate new branch sign‑ups and build lasting customer relationships.

Required profile

• Valid UAE driver’s licence.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive sector, preferably in used‑car sales or acquisition.
• Proven track record of meeting pricing and sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of the GCC used‑car market, including makes, models and specifications.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
