Vice President of Database Marketing

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island, a luxury integrated resort slated to open in 2027, is seeking a Vice President of Database Marketing to lead its gaming reinvestment and customer engagement strategy. This senior leader will shape offer architecture, drive data‑driven campaigns, and partner with finance and gaming teams to meet profitability targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the gaming reinvestment strategy across all customer segments, including offer architecture and segmentation logic.
• Set reinvestment guidelines, model offer values, and monitor campaign performance against EBITDA targets.
• Oversee predictive‑modeling initiatives such as ADT forecasting, churn, and worth estimation to enable extreme personalization.
• Lead CRM, campaign management, data science, and analytics teams, ensuring compliance, automation, and high‑velocity execution.
• Build host dashboards, align hosted offers with central strategy, and maintain discretionary comps for high‑value guests.
• Design executive dashboards reporting reinvestment %, margin, ROI and present insights to senior leadership.

Required profile

• 10+ years progressive leadership in database marketing, CRM, analytics or gaming marketing.
• Deep understanding of ADT modeling, reinvestment economics and profit impact.
• Proven experience managing data‑science and analytics teams.
• Strong financial acumen with ability to interpret P&L effects.
• Executive communication and presentation skills.
• Preferred experience in integrated resorts or high‑end gaming environments.
