Vice President of Public Affairs

About the role

Airalo is looking for a senior leader to build and run its global public affairs function. You will shape policy, influence regulators, and protect market‑access risk for a fast‑growing eSIM provider operating in more than 200 countries.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a worldwide public affairs strategy aligned with business expansion plans.
• Establish the public affairs function, select external advisors and lobbying firms, and eventually grow a dedicated team.
• Develop a forward‑looking policy horizon scanner to anticipate regulatory changes.
• Lead direct engagement with government ministries, telecom regulators, and industry bodies across multiple jurisdictions.
• Advise senior leadership on regulatory risks and represent Airalo in formal regulatory processes.

Required profile

• Strong political instinct and deep interest in telecom and digital‑economy regulation.
• Proven experience in policy advocacy or government relations at a senior level.
• Ability to represent a global brand with credibility before regulators and policymakers.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
