Vice President Retail and Partnerships

About the role

The Vice President, Retail and Partnerships will shape and execute Atlantis’ global retail and partnership agenda, driving innovative retail concepts and high‑impact collaborations that enhance guest engagement and commercial performance across the brand’s portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the long‑term retail strategy, ensuring alignment with Atlantis’ luxury, entertainment and lifestyle positioning.
• Identify and execute growth opportunities across owned, leased, licensed and partnership‑led models.
• Develop new retail concepts, including boutiques, destination stores, pop‑up experiences, experiential retail and digital commerce initiatives.
• Oversee expansion of Atlantis‑branded merchandise, exclusive collections and product extensions to deepen guest loyalty and generate incremental revenue.
• Manage brand collaborations, licensing opportunities and product partnerships, ensuring they reinforce brand equity.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to align initiatives with brand positioning and long‑term growth strategy.
• Lead and mentor a cross‑functional team, monitoring performance and driving continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in luxury retail, partnership development or related hospitality sectors.
• Strong strategic thinking with a track record of delivering commercial results.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced, innovative environment.
