About the role

The Vice Principal will lead K‑12 projects, processes and events to position Delta English School as the premier CBSE provider in the UAE. This senior educational leader will drive technology‑enabled initiatives, manage curriculum development, and ensure high‑quality academic standards.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with administrative and academic units to exceed KPIs through detailed service plans.
• Implement school‑wide initiatives and strategies guided by the Training Team.
• Analyse CBSE market trends and the competitive K‑12 landscape.
• Build relationships with school leaders, executives and government bodies.
• Lead curriculum design, field‑testing, deployment and quality assurance, embedding analytical thinking, creativity and differentiated learning.
• Oversee assessment design in line with assessment centre guidelines.
