Video Production Manager

About the role

Pella Global, an international digital marketing and PR agency, is seeking an experienced Video Production Manager to lead its in‑house production team in Dubai. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality commercial and branded video content for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 3–5 videographers and editors.
• Plan, organise and execute video productions from concept through delivery.
• Direct and oversee filming for commercial and branded projects.
• Ensure consistent high production quality across all client work.
• Edit videos when required and supervise the post‑production process.
• Coordinate production schedules, equipment, and project deadlines.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a video production team.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating commercial video projects.
• Professional experience in filming, directing and video editing.
• Excellent organisational and leadership abilities.
• Based in Dubai with ability to work on‑site and travel to client locations.
