VIP IT Support Engineer (Female)

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated VIP IT Support Engineer to deliver premium technical assistance to executives, senior management and other high‑profile users in Dubai. The role demands strong troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service and the ability to manage critical incidents with speed and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑user support to VIP users and executive leadership.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network and mobile device issues.
• Support Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, mobile devices and collaboration platforms.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, MFA and identity management.
• Handle executive onboarding and off‑boarding activities.
• Coordinate with L2/L3 support teams and external vendors.
• Maintain SLA compliance and communicate ticket status promptly.
• Support meeting rooms, video‑conferencing systems and executive events.
• Perform device provisioning, software installations and patch management.
• Document incidents, resolutions and technical procedures.

Required profile

• 3–8 years of experience in End‑User Computing and VIP/Executive support.
• ITIL Foundation certification (preferred).
• Experience supporting C‑level executives.
• Fluency in English; Arabic preferred for Arabic‑speaking executives.

Required skills

• Microsoft 365 Administration (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Active Directory / Azure AD / Entra ID.
• Windows and macOS troubleshooting.
• Mobile device management for iOS and Android.
• ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
• Hardware, printer and network troubleshooting.
• End‑User Computing and VIP/Executive support expertise.
