Visa Consultant Sales

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Visa Consultant Sales to join WVG Group in Dubai. The role involves consulting clients on visa options, converting leads, managing the sales process and ensuring excellent customer experience throughout the visa application journey.

Key responsibilities

• Consult clients on travel, immigration and visa requirements (Schengen, USA, Canada) and recommend suitable visa options.
• Handle incoming leads via WhatsApp, phone, social media, prepare quotations, convert leads into paying clients and meet sales targets.
• Maintain client communication, provide updates, address objections, and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Review client documents, coordinate with processing teams, and keep accurate records of leads, payments and sales activities.

Required profile

• Previous experience in visa consultancy, immigration, travel, tourism or sales.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Professional appearance and customer‑service attitude.
