Visual Merchandiser

About the role

The Visual Merchandiser will develop, deliver and communicate visual concepts that promote the brand, products and services within the store. You will train and coach the store team on visual presentation standards and manage daily, weekly and seasonal visual merchandising tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure brand identity and presentation standards are consistently achieved in windows and in‑store displays.
• Create eye‑catching displays that incorporate commercial sales opportunities.
• Implement brand‑specific visual merchandising standards and coordinate store displays according to brand guidelines and strategy.
• Develop floor plans, arrange merchandise, signage, fixtures and guide in‑store layout.
• Utilise creative lighting, photograph changes, and maximise placement of new lines.
• Re‑merchandise the store in response to new trends and create category‑based layouts.
• Collect feedback on merchandise and work closely with operations, brand management and the VM manager to drive sales.
• Participate in store pre‑openings and ensure brand standards are properly implemented.
• Research current market trends and lifestyle influences.
