Visual Merchandising Executive

About the role

The Visual Merchandising Executive will lead the implementation of visual merchandising initiatives across Piaget's MEIA network, ensuring brand consistency while supporting commercial objectives. You will collaborate with retail, marketing, logistics, headquarters and boutique teams to deliver impactful visual displays, seasonal launches and POSM management.

Key responsibilities

• Implement Piaget International Visual Merchandising guidelines across all points of sale.
• Coordinate seasonal campaigns, product launches, window animations and display updates throughout the region.
• Manage Point of Sale Material (POSM) forecasting, ordering, logistics, distribution and replenishment.
• Provide on‑site support for key launches, seasonal animations and visual installations when required.
• Act as the primary liaison between boutiques, HQ, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of visual projects.
• Monitor implementation across the network and report on visual standards compliance.
• Develop and communicate the annual visibility plan for boutiques and POS, supporting new boutique openings.
• Maintain an accurate POSM inventory database and coordinate redistribution or disposal of obsolete materials.

Required profile

• Proven experience coordinating visual merchandising initiatives across a regional retail network.
• Strong knowledge of luxury brand visual standards and ability to adapt them to individual boutique needs.
• Experience managing POSM budgets and logistics in line with launch calendars.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
