VP, Head of Marketing & Communication

About the role

The VP, Head of Marketing & Communication will lead the execution of marketing and communication initiatives that support FAB Asset Management’s retail and institutional sales objectives. The role focuses on enhancing brand visibility, ensuring regulatory compliance, and aligning all activities with Group brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead execution of marketing and communication initiatives supporting retail and institutional sales objectives.
• Enhance brand visibility and awareness through consistent messaging, campaign management, and digital presence aligned with Group standards.
• Coordinate product marketing, collateral development, and client communication in partnership with investment and distribution teams.
• Support events, campaigns, and promotional initiatives positioning FAB AM as a leading regional asset manager.
• Ensure marketing materials and client communications comply with CMA and ADGM regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with Group Corporate Communications and Legal for brand alignment and content approvals.
• Track marketing budget and ensure efficient resource utilization.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital channels, and financial communication.
• Ability to translate complex investment concepts into clear, engaging marketing content.
• Excellent stakeholder management and coordination across internal teams and external vendors.
• Superior communication, writing, and presentation skills with attention to brand and compliance standards.
• Experience ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in the financial sector.
