VP of Marketing

About the role

Osome, an international fintech startup, is seeking a VP of Marketing to lead its demand engine across multiple markets. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for generating a qualified pipeline, managing acquisition costs and shaping the brand’s positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Own the marketing‑sourced qualified pipeline and blended cost per acquisition by territory.
• Reduce reliance on any single acquisition channel, ensuring no channel contributes more than one‑third of the pipeline.
• Develop messaging, competitive differentiation and the value proposition across existing markets (Singapore, Hong Kong, UK, UAE) and new territories.
• Lead a team of approximately 20 professionals in demand creation, web, content, design and field marketing.
• Build a measurement layer that provides a single view of spend, leads, SQLs and CAC at the territory level.
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to design and launch campaigns, and jointly own pipeline targets with the VP of Sales.
• Manage the end‑to‑end self‑serve acquisition funnel, including paid search and paid social, overseeing account structure, bidding strategy and landing‑page conversion.
• Strengthen the brand to lower acquisition costs and protect pricing.

Required profile

• Proven experience owning a performance‑marketing P&L at scale.
• Track record of delivering qualified pipeline and meeting CAC targets.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
• Leadership experience managing cross‑functional marketing teams.
