VP of Sales Reinsurance Technology

About the role

We are seeking a commercially sharp and technically fluent Vice President of Sales to lead the distribution and commercial growth of our innovative reinsurance technology platform in Dubai. This senior, high‑impact position will drive enterprise B2B sales across the GCC and wider MENA region, building a robust pipeline and closing institutional clients.

Key responsibilities

• Own and expand the client pipeline across cedants, reinsurers, brokers, and MGAs in the UAE, GCC and MENA.
• Develop account strategies, manage sales targets, KPIs, pipeline conversion and sales‑cycle metrics.
• Lead end‑to‑end commercial engagement from prospecting to LOIs, contracting and onboarding.
• Conduct high‑level technical and commercial platform demonstrations for senior underwriting and C‑suite executives.
• Maintain CRM accuracy, forecasting, reporting and establish repeatable sales processes and tools.
• Gather market and customer insights to provide actionable feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
• Represent the company at regional and international insurance and reinsurance conferences and build relationships with regulators, partners and investors.

Required profile

• 8+ years of B2B technology, SaaS, fintech or enterprise sales experience.
• Proven track record of closing enterprise or institutional clients.
• Strong ability to understand complex technology platforms and translate technical capabilities into commercial value.
• Experience working with senior decision‑makers in the reinsurance or insurance sector.
