VP Technology & Data – Asset Management

About the role

The Vice President of Technology and Data will shape the digital future of FAB's Asset Management division. Reporting to senior leadership, you will identify growth opportunities, define technology road‑maps, and drive implementation across core systems and data platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive tech, digital and data strategy for Asset Management.
• Act as a change agent, advising leadership on emerging trends and regulatory impacts.
• Design, implement and continuously improve IT policies, procedures and governance frameworks.
• Oversee the architecture and operation of portfolio management systems, asset‑pooling solutions and tokenization platforms.
• Collaborate with business lines to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
• Monitor and report on KPIs, adoption targets and operational performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technology leadership within asset management or financial services.
• Proven ability to translate strategic vision into operational outcomes.
• Strong understanding of regulatory standards affecting digital asset management.
