Waiter, Barista and Supervisor roles in Dubai & Abu Dhabi

About the role

Home Bakery is expanding its front‑of‑house team across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. We are looking for experienced wait staff, specialty baristas and supervisors to deliver premium service in a high‑volume bakery‑café environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervisor: oversee daily floor operations, direct staff shifts, maintain hygiene and presentation standards, and resolve operational issues.
• Specialty Barista: prepare espresso‑based and specialty brewed coffees, dial in coffee parameters, manage coffee‑bar inventory and uphold hygiene standards.
• Waiter/Waitress: greet guests, present menus, take accurate orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure efficient table turnover.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years UAE experience in casual dining, stand‑up cafés or specialty chocolate/dates retail.
• Immediate availability and flexibility to work across Dubai and Abu Dhabi locations.
• Diploma or equivalent qualification.

Required skills

• Specialty coffee extraction and latte art.
• Front‑of‑house workflow management.
• Food safety and hygiene regulations.
