About the role
Join Eatx’s vibrant café team at Common Grounds, where we blend Australian coffee culture with global flavours. As a Waiter, you will create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure every guest enjoys a seamless dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver friendly and professional service in line with brand standards.
- Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene throughout the shift.
- Ensure a smooth flow of service and support teammates as needed.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a café or casual‑dining environment.
- Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced setting.
- Professional appearance and a team‑oriented mindset.
