About the role
Join Hilton’s vibrant team at Capilla Beach on Yas Island, where you’ll deliver exceptional food and beverage service that creates memorable moments for every guest. As a Waiter, you’ll be the face of hospitality, ensuring each dining experience shines with warmth and professionalism.
Key responsibilities
- Delight guests with an upbeat attitude and proactively personalize their meal experience.
- Master the menu, promotions and specials to answer guest questions confidently.
- Take food and beverage orders, enter them into the POS system, and deliver promptly with attention to detail.
- Maintain a fully stocked, clean and organized food service station.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations.
Required profile
- Passion for spreading the light and warmth of hospitality.
- Demonstrates integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership and urgency.
Required skills
- Proficient operation of point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
- Strong knowledge of menu items, promotions and specials.
- Understanding of health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations.
