Waiter – Luxury Hotel in Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Food & Beverage Waiter to join the team at ME Dubai, the flagship Meliá hotel designed by Dame Zaha Hadid. The role involves delivering courteous, professional service to guests in our signature Central Cosmo Tapas and Bar, ensuring a memorable experience aligned with the brand’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties for the restaurant area.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining spaces.
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly.
• Upsell menu items and promote hotel loyalty programmes.
• Assist with inventory, waste control, and marketing activities.
• Collaborate with supervisors and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance, punctuality and adherence to health‑and‑safety standards.
• Flexibility to work across different sub‑departments and shifts.
