Waiter – ME Dubai

About the role

Join the F&B team at ME Dubai, the first Meliá hotel in the Middle East, and deliver courteous, professional, and efficient service to our guests. Working closely with the Supervisor, you will ensure guest satisfaction in line with the hotel’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing procedures for the restaurant area.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout service.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and proactively anticipate needs.
• Promote menu items through upselling and product knowledge.
• Support marketing and inventory activities while minimizing waste.
• Adhere to health, safety, grooming, and punctuality requirements.
• Flexibly work across various sub‑departments as needed.
• Participate in training sessions and brand‑value initiatives.
