About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Waiter to join the team at Roxy Cinema, part of Dubai Holding Entertainment. The role involves greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring a high‑standard dining experience in a cinema environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests in a courteous manner.
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure timely delivery.
• Manage restaurant reservations, including telephone bookings and maintaining accurate records.
• Prepare the dining area for service, set tables according to opening standards, and maintain cleanliness.
• Update guest databases and handle any special requests.
• Adhere to personal presentation and grooming standards as per company policy.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
