Waiter (Russian Speaker) – Il Caffe

About the role

Join the Bvlgari Resort Dubai team as a Waiter in the Il Caffe restaurant, serving guests in a luxury hospitality environment. The role requires fluent Russian communication and a focus on delivering high‑quality food and beverage service.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests according to service standards.
• Set tables appropriately for the type of event and service style.
• Answer guest questions about menu selections and provide recommendations.
• Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu queries, order timing, re‑cooks, and product availability.
• Relay special dietary requirements, allergies, and guest requests to the kitchen.
• Record orders and transactions in the MICROS point‑of‑sale system.
• Check in with guests throughout the service to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glassware, and service stations.
• Complete closing duties, including restocking, turning off lights, and securing the area.
• Present accurate checks, process payments, and handle cash or card transactions.

Required profile

• Fluent Russian speaking ability for guest interaction.
• Minimum of 12 months experience in food‑and‑beverage service.
• Ability to work full‑time in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.
• Physical capability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb unaided and up to 50 lb with assistance.
• Professional appearance, adherence to uniform standards, and strong personal hygiene.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the MICROS point‑of‑sale system.
