About the role
We are seeking dynamic, self‑motivated Food & Beverage professionals to join our team at Arabian Park Dubai, Edge by Rotana. As a Waiter/Waitress you will deliver professional, personalized service that creates memorable dining experiences for our guests.
Key responsibilities
- Greet, seat, and serve guests in a courteous and discreet manner.
- Maintain in‑depth knowledge of the menu to advise and upsell effectively.
- Monitor food and beverage quality, ensuring standards are met.
- Handle customer queries and complaints promptly and satisfactorily.
- Uphold hygiene and cleanliness standards throughout the outlet.
- Prepare service stations (mise‑en‑place) before, during, and after service.
- Minimise waste, breakage, and spoilage.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in hospitality or vocational training in Food & Beverage.
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a high‑volume restaurant.
- Strong command of English.
- Adaptability, customer focus, teamwork, and responsibility.
