About the role
The Waiter/Waitress will take guest orders, guide runners and uphold quality standards while ensuring a clean and welcoming dining environment. This full‑time position involves direct interaction with guests, supporting the restaurant team and maintaining high service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Inspect table section for cleanliness and proper setup before the shift begins.
- Assist guests with menu choices and serve food and beverages in a hygienic, courteous manner.
- Report any discrepancies or guest complaints to management immediately.
- Coordinate with other outlets and departments to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Complete tasks assigned by the Restaurant Manager.
- Ensure all staff deliver friendly, professional, and prompt service.
- Maintain accurate log‑book entries as required.
Required profile
- High school diploma.
- 1–2 years of customer‑service experience in a similar hospitality role.
- Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
