Waiter / Waitress – Hotel Service

About the role

Accor Plus is looking for a dynamic Waiter/Waitress to join the Novotel & Ibis Abu Dhabi Gate Hotels team. You will be part of a vibrant hospitality environment, delivering high‑standard food and beverage service to guests and supporting banquet operations.

Key responsibilities

• Report for duty punctually, wearing the correct uniform, name badge and palm pin.
• Gather and transport supplies for function set‑up and perform side‑duties according to checklists.
• Maintain service and storage areas clean, safe and locked; report any irregularities.
• Attend to guest needs, complaints and on‑site requests courteously and promptly.
• Set up and unset function rooms, including table setting, following established standards.
• Perform cashiering and beverage dispensing duties as assigned by Banquet Management.
• Deliver food and beverage service in line with departmental standards.
• Assist other F&B outlets during peak times and carry out any additional duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Average reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
• Ability to work punctual, professionally and as part of a team.
• Willingness to follow hotel policies, procedures and health‑safety standards.
