Waiter / Waitress – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

Join Seddiqi Holding’s premium hospitality team in Dubai, serving guests across a portfolio of luxury brands and fine‑dining venues. As a Waiter/Waitress you will deliver exceptional service in a high‑end environment, ensuring every guest experience is memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests, present menus and answer questions about portions, ingredients and allergens.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen or bar.
• Prepare and serve hot, cold and mixed drinks.
• Set up and maintain service areas, including linens, silverware and glassware.
• Clear tables, remove used dishes and keep dining areas clean.
• Follow all health department regulations and stock service stations with coffee, tableware and supplies.
• Assist the front desk, hostesses and retail sales team during busy periods.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the Hospitality Supervisor or Showroom Manager.

Required profile

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1‑3 years experience in a high‑end restaurant, fine‑dining establishment or 4‑star hotel.
• Good verbal and written English communication.
• Strong client service orientation, organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
