About the role
Pullman Dubai Downtown, a 5‑star hotel in Business Bay, is seeking a friendly and attentive waiter/waitress to deliver exceptional service and cuisine to guests. As the front‑line ambassador of the food & beverage experience, you will ensure each guest feels valued and enjoys a memorable dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Assist guests with menu items in an informative and helpful manner.
- Maintain full knowledge of beverage lists, promotions, menu items and preparation methods.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year experience as a waiter/waitress in a reputable hotel or restaurant.
- Strong food & beverage product knowledge.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Focus on guest needs while remaining calm and courteous.
