Waiter/Waitress – Arabic Speaker (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are seeking dynamic, self‑motivated Food & Beverage professionals to join our team as Waiter/Waitress. In this full‑time position you will deliver professional, personalized service that turns each guest’s visit into a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet, seat, and serve guests in a courteous and discreet manner.
• Maintain in‑depth knowledge of the outlet’s food and beverage menu to advise and upsell guests.
• Prepare the service area (mise‑en‑place) and ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper equipment upkeep.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, minimise waste, breakage and spoilage.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints promptly and satisfactorily.
• Follow the hotel’s performance standards and service manuals.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in hospitality or vocational training in food & beverage.
• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a high‑volume restaurant.
• Fluent English with strong Arabic speaking ability.
• Adaptable, customer‑focused, responsible, team‑oriented and able to work calmly under pressure.
