Waiter/Waitress at Luxury Resort in Dubai

About the role

The position is a full‑time front‑of‑house role at the BVLGARI Resort in Dubai. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality food and beverage service to guests in a luxury hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests.
• Set tables according to event type and service standards.
• Answer guest questions on menu selections and communicate with the kitchen regarding orders, wait times, and special requests.
• Record transactions in the MICROS POS system at the time of order.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each course and beverage.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glassware, and service stations throughout the shift.
• Complete closing duties, including restocking items and turning off lights.
• Present accurate checks to guests and process payments.
• Follow all company safety, security, and uniform policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and lift objects up to 25 kg unassisted (heavier items with assistance).
• Excellent communication skills and professional appearance.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the MICROS POS system.
