About the role

Join the Azure Restaurant team at Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah as a Waiter/Waitress. You will deliver exceptional food and beverage service, creating memorable experiences for guests in a luxury hotel setting.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the captain or head waiter throughout service, staying readily available.
• Promote in‑house sales by maintaining thorough knowledge of hotel F&B outlets, opening hours and promotions.
• Prepare and maintain service stations: polish cutlery, fill sugar dispensers, mustard pots, toothpicks, oil & vinegar containers, and supply linen.
• Clean and organize trolleys, pedestal tables and follow daily cleaning plans.
• Ensure high standards of food and beverage service, adhering to Hilton policies and presentation guidelines.
• Support colleagues during peak periods and assist with waste reduction and recycling initiatives.
• Attend mandatory meetings, perform general cleaning tasks, and assist security with disorderly guests when required.

Required profile

• Ability to work collaboratively with the service team and follow instructions from supervisors.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining hygiene and presentation standards.
• Flexibility to perform additional tasks as needed within a reasonable framework.
