Waiter/Waitress – Hospitality Role

About the role

Hyatt Centric Jumeirah Dubai is looking for enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join its Food & Beverage team. You will deliver memorable dining experiences and uphold the brand’s high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, present menus, explain offerings and accommodate special requests.
• Take and process food and beverage orders accurately, coordinating with kitchen and bar teams.
• Serve dishes and drinks according to Hyatt service standards and promote upselling opportunities.
• Handle guest feedback and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Process checks and payments accurately following hotel procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables and workstations before, during and after service.
• Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, health and safety regulations and Hyatt operating procedures.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant or similar hospitality environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and maintain a professional appearance.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards and flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
