Waiter/Waitress – Luxury Club Dining

About the role

The Arts Club Dubai is looking for a professional Waiter/Waitress to run a service station, deliver food and beverage orders, and ensure a premium experience for members and guests in a luxury private‑members club.

Key responsibilities

• Run a station during allocated shifts, taking orders and serving food and beverages.
• Promote sales, build relationships with members and guests, and gather direct feedback.
• Liaise with the kitchen on order taking, stock levels and special requests.
• Identify up‑selling opportunities for cocktails, wine, sake and other drinks in coordination with Bar and Sommelier teams.
• Handle minor complaints professionally and courteously.
• Prepare and ensure availability of all crockery, cutlery and service equipment.
• Minimise food and beverage wastage.
• Maintain a clean and presentable lounge area throughout opening hours.
• Monitor daily checklists and complete all opening and closing duties.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a luxury hotel or fine‑dining restaurant.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Desirable knowledge of cocktails and food‑and‑beverage applications.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills with high flexibility.
• Excellent team management, communication and listening abilities.
• Integrity, confidentiality and ability to work long shifts standing for extended periods.
