Waiter/Waitress – Luxury Club Service

About the role

The Arts Club Dubai is seeking a professional Waiter/Waitress to join its hospitality team. You will work in an upscale, members‑only environment, delivering impeccable food and beverage service across multiple floors of the club.

Key responsibilities

• Run a service station during assigned shifts, taking orders and ensuring accurate POS entry.
• Promote sales, build relationships with members and guests, and gather direct feedback.
• Liaise with the kitchen on order details, stock levels, and special requests.
• Identify up‑selling opportunities for cocktails, wine, sake and other beverages in coordination with Bar and Sommelier teams.
• Handle minor complaints courteously and maintain high service standards.
• Prepare and manage all service equipment, minimize waste, and keep the lounge area clean and presentable.
• Complete opening and closing checklists and daily duties.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in luxury hotels or fine‑dining restaurants.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and team‑communication skills.
• Ability to work long shifts, stand for extended periods and maintain confidentiality.

Required skills

• Knowledge of cocktails.
• Familiarity with food and beverage service applications.
