Key responsibilities

• Provide warm, gracious, anticipatory service, reflecting elegance and precision.
• Create personalized dining experiences by intuitively responding to guest preferences.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of food, wine, and beverage offerings, including ingredients, preparation, portion sizes, and dietary considerations.
• Promote daily specials and menu enhancements, using refined suggestive‑selling techniques.
• Accurately take orders via approved order pads and POS systems, ensuring clear communication with the kitchen.
• Follow up on the dining experience, resolve concerns with empathy and efficiency.
• Set and maintain refined table arrangements with pristine linens, polished cutlery, and elegant glassware.
• Clear and reset tables promptly, maintaining immaculate cleanliness and presentation.

Required profile

• Previous food & drink service experience in a hotel environment.
• Excellent communication skills and positive attitude.
• High grooming standards and commitment to delivering superior guest service.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying work situations.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
