Waiter/Waitress – Luxury Hotel in Dubai

About the role

Join the team at Rixos Premium Dubai JBR, a luxury hotel delivering authentic Turkish hospitality. As a Waiter/Waitress you will provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their dining experience exceeds expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain grooming standards and professional presentation at all times.
• Deliver personalized guest service by knowing preferences and updating profiles.
• Stay informed of menu items, daily specials, and beverage service details.
• Follow opening and closing checklists to ensure smooth venue operations.
• Clear and restock service stations continuously during service.
• Serve and clear food and beverage items unobtrusively and professionally.
• Monitor financial, LQA and TrustYou targets daily.
• Report guest feedback and negative experiences through the Glitch system.
• Adhere to HACCP and FIFO standards as required.
• Participate in briefings and training sessions as instructed.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years experience as a waiter/waitress in a luxury hotel or fine‑dining restaurant.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
• Professional grooming and presentation.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluency in English; additional languages (Russian, Arabic, Turkish) are a plus.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
