Waiter/Waitress – Premier Lounge

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join the Premier Lounge team at Sofitel Dubai The Palm. The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality service to our guests in a luxurious 5‑star environment.

Key responsibilities

• Familiarise yourself with all food and beverage items on the outlet menu.
• Prepare the outlet for operation, including mise‑en‑place, setting and resetting tables, and light cleaning.
• Take food and beverage orders from guests, upselling wherever possible.
• Utilise the outlet point‑of‑sale system and ensure accurate recording of all sales.
• Serve food and beverages according to established standards and presentation guidelines.
• Clear tables and transport dirty dishes to the dish area.
• Complete opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Accommodate special guest requests for specific preparation methods or ingredients.
• Maintain a clean and orderly station/section at all times.
• Implement company brand standards and optional standards where appropriate.

Required profile

• Prior experience in a luxury hotel or established restaurant environment.
• Energetic, fun‑loving personality with a passion for hospitality.
• Currently residing in the United Arab Emirates.
• Fluent English speaker.
