Waitress – Full-Time in Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Waitress to join our restaurant team in Dubai. As part of Accor’s hospitality portfolio, you will deliver warm, sincere service to guests, ensuring their satisfaction throughout their dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Set up the dining area according to the outlet’s standards and opening hours.
• Greet guests, present menus, provide recommendations, take orders and handle payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and polish equipment, ensure proper table settings and uniform grooming.
• Support the Assistant Manager/Restaurant Manager with assigned tasks.
• Promote a positive image of the hotel and foster good inter‑departmental relations.
• Contribute to achieving the outlet’s revenue targets while controlling operational expenses.

Required profile

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive attitude, courteous and confident in guest interactions.
• Commitment to service excellence and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to attend regular training on product knowledge, up‑selling and grooming standards.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of restaurant POS systems.
