About the role
Join the vibrant team at Oaks Ibn Battuta Gate Hotel Dubai as a Waitress, delivering friendly and efficient service to guests in our food and beverage outlets. You will be the face of hospitality, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide prompt, courteous service to all guests as a Hospitality Ambassador.
- Work collaboratively with all departments to ensure smooth, timely operation of food and beverage outlets.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of menus, beverages, services, and hotel facilities.
- Uphold safety, hygiene standards and respect guest privacy at all times.
Required profile
- High School diploma.
- Previous experience in food & beverage or restaurant operations.
- Passion for delivering excellent service.
- Strong team player with good English communication skills.
